ISIC REV.4 MAL SINIFLAMASINA GÖRE TÜRKİYE’NİN DIŞ TİCARETİNİN KUR ESNEKLİĞİ

چکیده
Ürünün fiyatı, dış ticaretin önemli belirleyicilerinden birisidir. Fiyatı milli para cinsinden değişmese de dövizin değerinin değişmesi, ürünün döviz değişmesine neden olacaktır. Bu durum, satış miktarını etkileyecek, dolayısıyla ülkenin gelirlerini etkileyecektir. miktarın belirlenmesinde ürün talebinin fiyat esnekliği bir parametredir. kapsamda Türkiye’nin 2010 – 2018 döneminde, ISIC REV.4’e göre sınıflanan İhracat ve İthalat Miktar Endeksleri ABD Dolarının Türk Lirası değeri analize tabi tutularak, kuru belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Analize ihracatının ithalatının kur esnekliğinin genel olarak 1’den küçük olduğu belirlenmiştir. esneklik katsayıları, ihracat esnek olmayan esnekliğine sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. yapı çerçevesinde yükseldikçe gelirlerinin yanı sıra ithalat harcamalarının da artacağı söylenebilir. Kurun ticareti etkileyen diğer değişkenleri göz önünde bulundurarak, gelişme kalkınmasını destekleyecek şekilde ticaret politikasını belirlemesi gereklidir.
